If you are a landlord we can liaise directly with your tenant or managing agent to arrange a convenient appointment.

Step 2

Heating Advisor Visit

Our heating advisor will survey your property and will assess your specific heating and hot water requirements.

We will provide a fixed price quote - if any additional unexpected boiler installation related work is needed you will not pay a penny more*.

Step 3

New Heating System Installation

We will discuss our plan of action, talk you through a safety briefing if required and answer any questions you have prior to commencement of the installation.

Prior to start of work we will take great care to ensure all areas including carpets and work surfaces are protected as appropriate.

Once the installation is completed we will explain and demonstrate how to use your new boiler and heating controls. We will also advise what to do if you need any help afterwards.

Step 4

Our Customer Guarantee

Every boiler installed by LS1 comes with 1 years aftercare service worth £300. This provides you with cover for your boiler and all related pipework associated with your new installation.

We will register your new installation with Gas Safe Register to comply with Building Regulations.

We will register your boiler with the manufacturer for your warranty and guarantee.

You will be issued all relevant documentation
